This extension implements the CSS3 Color module back to IE6. Support is currently incomplete, but the following currently work:

RGB/RGBa (note: IE only supports RGBa in backgrounds)
HSL/HSLa (note: IE only supports HSLa in backgrounds)
opacity (e.g. opacity: .25)
